Rules & Prizes
Please read the rules below BEFORE entering. All participants agree to the following rules. If you do not agree, do not enter!
1. Contest is open to contestants 0-25 years of age. Both males and females allowed.
2. Parent or Legal Guardian must be the person submitting the contestant.
3. Judging will be conducted fairly by a panel of qualified judges with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. Four judges will be used and the lowest score will be dropped.
4. Judge's decisions are final. All Judges are from the 'outside world' and will remain annonymous.
5. Contestants will be posted on or before posted deadline.
6. No bashing of any kind will be tolerated!
7. Winners may not resubmit winning photo(s) in consecutive months.
8. No refunds unless director cancels contest.
9. Pictures can not be changed out once entered.
10. Platinum royalty accepts no responsibility of stolen photos, copyrighted photos, etc. By entering, the participant agrees that they have full ownership of photo.
11. By entering the contest, the parent/guardian/contestant acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the rules.
Judging & Scoring Judging will take place from a group of QUALIFIED, annoymous judging, with no connections to any of the contestants. Scoring will be as follows.
~ 0-25 Uniqueness
~ 0-10 First Impression
~ 0-15 Overall Appearance
For a total of 50 points.
Prizes
There will be one king and queen crowned for each category and also an overall king and queen winner. There will also be an award given for prettiest eyes, hair, smile, and most beautiful/handsome. Males and females are separated for all contests.
Winners will receive crown and official sash. Side awards will be awarded with a plaque. All runners up will receive a runner up sash and tiara (females)/trophy (males).
All overall winners will be entered into a drawing for a Nintendo Wii or Laptop computer on December 31, 2009. Wii/Computer will be sent out january 7, 2010. Winner may select a prize of equal or lesser value if he/she does not want the Wii or Laptop.
